2. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for all new subscriptions. If you're not completely satisfied with our Service within your first 7 days, you may request a full refund, no questions asked.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund within the 7-day period:

  3. Provide a brief reason for your refund request (this helps us improve)

We'll process your refund within 5-10 business days. The refund will be credited back to your original payment method.

  • Payment gateway transaction fees already incurred

3. Subscription Cancellation

3.1 How to Cancel

You can cancel your subscription at any time:

  • Log in to your Convertly account
  • Navigate to Settings → Subscription
  • Click "Cancel Subscription" and confirm

3.2 When Cancellation Takes Effect

Your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period. You'll continue to have full access to all features until that time, and you won't be charged again after cancellation.

Example: If you cancel on January 15th and your billing cycle renews on February 1st, you'll have access until February 1st, and no further charges will apply.

3.3 No Prorated Refunds

We do not provide prorated refunds for partial months. If you cancel mid-cycle, you'll have access until the end of the billing period, but you won't receive a refund for the unused portion.

4. Yearly Subscriptions

4.1 7-Day Guarantee Applies

The 7-day money-back guarantee applies to yearly subscriptions as well. If you cancel within the first 7 days, you'll receive a full refund.

4.2 After 7 Days

After the 7-day period, yearly subscriptions are non-refundable. However, you retain access to the Service for the full year you've paid for.

5. Payment Gateway Fees

Payment gateway transaction fees (ToyyibPay, Billplz, SenangPay, ChipIn) are non-refundable. These fees are charged by third-party payment processors, not by Convertly, and we cannot recover them once a transaction is processed.

When you receive a refund for your subscription, it only covers the Convertly subscription fees, not any payment gateway fees incurred on transactions through your salespages.

6. Account Suspension and Termination

6.1 Voluntary Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time as described in Section 3. Upon cancellation, your account will be downgraded to a free tier (if available) or suspended at the end of your billing period.

6.2 Involuntary Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our Terms of Service or engage in fraudulent activities. In such cases, no refunds will be issued.

6.3 Data Retention After Cancellation

After cancellation or termination, your data (salespages, products, customer data) will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion. You can export your data during this period or contact us to extend the retention period.

7. Refund Processing Time

Once your refund is approved, we'll process it within 5-10 business days. The actual time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment method and bank:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days
  • FPX/Bank Transfer: 7-14 business days
  • e-Wallets: 3-5 business days

If you don't receive your refund within the expected timeframe, please contact our support team.

8. Exceptions and Special Cases

8.1 Service Outages

If our Service experiences significant downtime that prevents you from using our platform, we may issue prorated credits or partial refunds at our discretion. This applies only to outages lasting more than 24 hours.

8.2 Double Billing

If you're accidentally charged twice for the same billing period, contact us immediately for a full refund of the duplicate charge.

8.3 Account Credits

In some cases, we may offer account credits instead of cash refunds. Credits can be used for future subscription payments and are valid for 12 months.
