You retain full ownership of all content you create using our Service, including salespages, product information, and customer data ("Your Content"). You grant us a license to host, display, and transmit Your Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
The Service, including its design, features, and functionality (excluding Your Content), is owned by Convertly and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute our content without our prior written consent.
AI-generated content created using our tools is owned by you. However, you are responsible for ensuring that such content complies with these Terms and all applicable laws. We make no warranties about the accuracy or quality of AI-generated content.
We offer various subscription plans with different features and usage limits. By subscribing to a plan, you agree to pay the specified fees for the duration of your subscription.
When you receive payments from customers through our integrated payment gateways, transaction fees apply. These fees are charged by the respective payment gateway providers, not by Convertly:
Subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly as selected during signup. Your subscription automatically renews unless cancelled before the next billing cycle. You'll receive an email reminder 7 days before each renewal.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial months.
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions. If you're not satisfied with our Service within your first 7 days, contact our support team for a full refund. After 7 days, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Refunds do not apply to payment gateway fees already incurred on transactions processed through your account.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Convertly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from or related to your use of the Service.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for your subscription in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:
Upon termination, your right to use the Service immediately ceases. You may export Your Content before termination, but we are not obligated to retain it after your account is closed.
